What should I wear to class?

Please wear non-restrictive workout attire. Layers are best, as your body temperature changes throughout your practice. Be prepared to work in your bare feet. Please refrain from wearing any colognes, perfumes, or scented oils/lotions. Please remove wristwatch and any large pieces of jewelry that may restrict movement.

Do I need to bring any equipment?

You may wish to bring: a towel to dry off during or after practice. We provide mats, but we encourage you to purchase your own. Your mat will have your own odor and footprints on it, as well as your own energy. Your mat is an important tool and a symbol of commitment to your practice.

When is the best time to practice?

Avoid practicing with a full stomach. Wait three hours after a large meal, one to two hours after a snack. Drink sufficient water throughout the day and before class to remain hydrated through your practice.
