New to Yoga?

If you are new to yoga we recommend the following options.

Most beginners should start with the 6-week Intro to Yoga Course. This experiential course will introduces the fundamental poses focusing on the principles of alignment and breathing. It will build a solid foundation for your yoga practice, preparing you for both Vinyasa Level I and the vigorous and athletic Ashtanga Level I classes.

If you have limitations due to injuries, chronic conditions or age we suggest you begin with our Gentle Yoga Course. This is a simpler, slower paced yet comprehensive practice that focuses on joint mobility to increase range of motion, reduce pain, alleviated stress and improve quality of life. You can continue with this option indefinitely or move on to a more challenging option.

Pre-registration is required for the Intro to Yoga Course and Gentle Yoga Course. Full payment must be received prior to the first day of class to reserve a space. All other classes are open and ongoing, requiring no preregistration.
