Workshops and Special Classes
- Anatomy Workshop
- On Saturday • March 27, from 1:00 to 3:30 pm, Elyssa will be offering
an Anatomy Workshop, focusing on the lower extremity. Good for teachers,
body-workers, and yoga practionners of all levels who are interested
in learning more about the body. This will be a functional
workshop where anatomy is explored while working in poses. The cost is
$25 per person, and pre-registration is required. There will be a sign-up
sheet in the Workshop binder at the studio, or you can call 885-9100
or email to
register.

- Kirtan at East Meets West
- On Sunday • March 28, from 7:30 - 9:30 pm join us for a night
of music and chanting with
Lila Mandala, Buffalo's first Kirtan band. Minimum donation for this
event is $5.00
