We offer a variety of traditions and styles, from the most gentle to the most challenging, and a variety of class levels from Intro through advanced that enable you to develop your practice safely and effectively while remaining in an energetic flow. July 4 Week-End schedule changes:
- 9:00 - 10:30 am Vinyasa Level II with visiting teacher Maria Villella
- 10:30 - 12:00 pm Vinyasa Level I with Lizz
- All other regularly scheduled classes will be cancelled this coming Saturday
- Morgen's Sunday 4:00 pm Community class will be cancelled July 5 because of the holiday weekend.
- The Sunday 9:00 am Itsy Bitsy class will be cancelled this week as well (will resume on July 12).
- All other Sunday classes: 8:45 am, 10:30 am, and 12:30 pm will run as usual.

Ashtanga Immersion Workshop with David Robson
- Join David, July 5 - 11, 2009, in a course designed to promote and support the practice and exploration of Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. Daily mysore practice and afternoon workshops on asana practice, Sanskrit, philosophy, psychology, and nutrition will offer a variety of different perspectives on the tradition. Details here

A Spiritual Australian Didgeridoo Workshop with Phil Shiva Jones
- Join Phil Shiva Jones on Friday, July 3 • 7:30 - 10 pm for an interactive workshop. Explore the use of breath and sound frequencies to connect with the Divine, and create a deeply serene state of consciousness for the enhancement of healing, meditation, prayer and creativity. Details here

- To accomodate David Robson's Ashtanga Immersion Workshop,
the Tuesday
9:30 am Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga class will be cancelled (July 7), and Mysore will be cancelled on Wednesday (July 8) as well. - Elyssa will be teaching Vinyasa all levels on Monday and Friday morning at 9:30 am.
- Ashtanga all levels will be offered Thursday morning at 9:00 am.
- Gentle Yoga Course will be offered on Wednesday at 7:45 pm and Wednesday and Friday mornings beginning June 17.

Ongoing Workshops
- Yoga and Meditation for Depression and Anxiety
- First Sunday of every month from 4:00 - 6:00 pm in Elmwood studio. Cost of the workshop is $15 per person. Pre-registration is preferred, but walk-ins are welcome.
